When accessing our website www.interkat.com, no information is saved on our server by the browser used on your end device.

You have the right:

• pursuant to article 16 GDPR, to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data and/or the completion of incomplete personal data stored by us;

• pursuant to article 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of processing of your personal data if a) you contest the accuracy of this data b) the processing of the data is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of the data c) we no longer need the data but you still need the data to enforce, exercise or defend legal claims or d) you have raised an objection against the processing pursuant to article 21 GDPR;

• pursuant to article 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to demand the transfer to another controller;

• pursuant to article 7(3) GDPR, to revoke at any time a consent granted to us. The consequence of this is that, in future, we may no longer carry out the data processing in respect of which the consent was granted; and

• pursuant to article 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you may contact such supervisory authority at your habitual residence, your workplace or our company domicile.

To the extent that your personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right under article 21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or if the objection relates to direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object that will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.
